Presentation of new technical fabric swatch cards<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Performance and aesthetic characteristics, analysis of market demands and attention to sustainability: these are the concepts that have guided Marinello Tende to the research and consequent proposal of new technical fabrics (with new standard colours starting from January 2025), which will be arranged on 5 new sample cards:<\/p>\r\n

Fabrics\u2019 swatch card:\u00a0P622 BO \u2013 B580 \u2013 Politex \u2013 Opatex zip<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

We have collected\u00a0four blackout outdoor fabrics, each with its own characteristics and peculiarities. The\u00a0P622 BO<\/strong>\u00a0stands out for its manufacturing, as it is made using Serge Ferrar\ufffds Precontraint technology which makes it highly dimensionally stable even for large sizes. In addition to good dimensional stability given by the reduced weight, the peculiarity of the\u00a0B580<\/strong>\u00a0fabric is the colour: the only colour present is in fact one of the most sought-after on the current market, comparable to anthracite RAL 7016.\u00a0Politex<\/strong>\u00a0is a well-known fabric, with a wide range of colours available and suitable for creations where the dimensions are not excessive: we have chosen to vary the standard colours favouring those with the same colour between front and back sides and mostly requested by the market. Finally, the\u00a0Opatex zip<\/strong>\u00a0fabric, available in 3 standard shades, is well suited to systems where the space between the headbox and the roller tube is limited; this fabric can still guarantee a good dimensional stability, especially for blinds equipped with zip guides.<\/p>\r\n

Fabrics\u2019 swatch card:\u00a0S92 \u2013 B92 \u2013 S96 \u2013 SW96 \u2013 S88 \u2013 SW88<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Outdoor filtering, dim-out and blackout fabrics, all from the Soltis family and therefore made according to Serge Ferrar\ufffds French quality and experience: products that last over time and are easy to clean, concepts that combine with both practicality and sustainability. We have chosen to present in this sheet:\u00a0S92<\/strong>, filtering with 4% of opening factor in 10 standard colours, ideal for large blinds thanks to its excellent dimensional stability, combined for 5 colours with the corresponding\u00a0B92\u00a0<\/strong>blackout fabric, also characterized by excellent stability. For more modestly sized blinds we recommend the\u00a0S96<\/strong>\u00a0filtering (always with a 4% opening and with 10 standard shades), available in 5 colours also in its dim-out and waterproof version\u00a0SW96<\/strong>. The new fabrics\u00a0S88<\/strong>\u00a0(openness factor 8%, 10 standard colours) and\u00a0SW88<\/strong>\u00a0(waterproof dim-out, 5 standard colours) complete the range of Soltis fabrics with characteristics of providing greater brightness (S88) and waterproofing for cases of restricted spaces (SW88).<\/p>\r\n

Fabrics\u2019 swatch card:\u00a0S601 \u2013 S600 \u2013 Fabriscreen \u2013 B601 \u2013 B600 Lunar<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Outdoor screen fabrics, filtering (S601, S600 and Fabriscreen) and darkening (B601 and B600 Lunar), particularly suitable for large-scale applications: these are the main characteristics of the fabrics in this folder, with the new\u00a0Fabriscreen<\/strong>\u00a0fabric, available in 5 standard shades. Differently from the others that are made with fiberglass, this fabric (3-meter roll\u2019s width) is made of a polyester mesh that allows for good dimensional stability. It has also the Italian Class 1 fireproof certificate.<\/p>\r\n

Fabrics\u2019 swatch card:\u00a0Cristal \u2013 P302<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

This card presents the different types of\u00a0transparent PVC films\u00a0available and the fabric, according to our experience, most suitable for creating combinations with fabric\u2019s stripes, namely the\u00a0P302<\/strong>, also developed with Precontraint technology and offered with 9 standard colours. The completely transparent version of Cristal (renamed \u201cCristal View<\/strong>\u201d and no longer \u201cC801\u201d\/\u201dC802\u201d) can be made with \u201cinvisible\u201d vertical welds of\u00a00,7<\/strong>\u00a0mm or through horizontal welds given by an overlap of approximately\u00a015<\/strong>\u00a0mm (new standard process for horizontally welded Cristal). Other types of Cristal are\u00a0Cristal Res Huvp<\/strong>\u00a0(smoked grey) and\u00a0Cristal Brunito<\/strong>\u00a0(smoked brown). The last type of Cristal presented is the\u00a0Cristal Window<\/strong>, that is especially requested in environments such as closing verandas of bars or other catering services.<\/p>\r\n

Fabrics\u2019 swatch card:\u00a0Starlet Up \u2013 Starlet Up BO \u2013 Glasstex \u2013 Glasstex BO \u2013 M205 \u2013 B205<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

In this card we present\u00a06 interior fabrics, all with different characteristics and functions, all made in Europe and with 6 standard colours each. The\u00a0Starlet Up<\/strong>\u00a0(dim-out) and\u00a0Starlet Up BO<\/strong>\u00a0(blackout) fabrics are PVC-free and made of 100% polyester, 80% of which is derived from polyester recycling processes (this is for the roll width of 240 cm, but both the versions are also available in width 300 cm); the blackout version is characterized by having the front side of the fabric in the same shade as the back side.\u00a0Glasstex<\/strong>\u00a0(screen filtering 1%, roll\u2019s width 320 cm) and\u00a0Glasstex BO<\/strong>\u00a0(blackout with white back side, also 320 cm of width) have the peculiarity of being composed essentially of fibreglass only (therefore without PVC and polyester) and they are characterized by their textile appearance which gives them a pleasant chromatic effect that can be seen in the filtering version.\u00a0M205<\/strong>\u00a0(screen filtering 5%, maximum width 320 cm) and\u00a0B205<\/strong>\u00a0(blackout, roll\u2019s width 250 cm) are versatile fabrics that can be welded and processed even in the opposite direction to the unwinding of the roll, thus allowing the creation of internal products of considerable dimensions.<\/p>\r\n

As a result of the introduction of these new fabrics\/colours, A410 and B430 fabrics will become available while stocks last. S99-B99\/B990 fabrics and S86-Mesh 350 fabrics become “not standard” and will therefore be managed as such. Furthermore, TenCate fabric will be considered as \u201cstandard\u201d only for the \u201cLugano\u201d model. We remind our kind customers that colours not present in the most up-to-date sample cards are considered as “not-standard colours” and therefore have an additional price.
